By accessing or using Sailop ("the Service"), including the website at sailop.com, the CLI tool, MCP server, templates, and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Sailop provides tools for detecting and eliminating AI-generated design patterns in frontend code. The Service includes:
The Sailop CLI tool is open-source software released under the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute it in accordance with that license. The MIT License applies only to the CLI tool source code, not to templates, documentation, or the web service.
Templates purchased through the Sailop marketplace are proprietary and licensed for personal and commercial use in your own projects. You may:
You may not:
The Sailop Pro license is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to all Pro features for the current major version (v1.x). This includes all updates, patches, and new features released under v1. Future major versions (v2, v3, etc.) may require a separate purchase or upgrade fee, which will be offered at a discount to existing Pro license holders.
The free tier provides access to the CLI scanner, a limited number of web scans per month, and basic detection rules. Free tier usage is subject to rate limits. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. All prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your jurisdiction.
We offer a 14-day refund policy, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are granted at our discretion.
Sailop provides tools that transform and generate code. All generated code is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated code will be free of bugs, security vulnerabilities, or errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any code produced by the Service before deploying it to production.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sailop and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Sailop name, logo, website design, documentation, and proprietary detection algorithms are owned by Sailop. You retain full ownership of your own code. Scanning your code with Sailop does not grant us any rights to your code.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your right to use Pro features and templates ceases, but the MIT-licensed CLI tool remains available to you under its own license.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
